The newly renovated main villa is the perfect multi-family or couples retreat vacation rental villa. There are 2 ensuite king bedrooms and a 3rd ensuite bedroom with a daybed that converts to a king bed and 2 sets of triple bunk beds (150lb weight limit). This Caribbean vacation rental is perfect for 3 couples or 2 families traveling with children. The property can easily accommodate 3 families with children if you also rent the studio apartment. The great room has a 14 person dining table and large sofa. There is seating for 6 on the front deck. The back deck features an outdoor bar, outdoor dining for 16 as well as multiple outdoor group seating areas. There is also a sunroom that is great for game night or lounging. All rooms have TV's, Wifi and the kids room is complete with a gaming system. Our popular Caribbean Villa has everything you will need. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, spices and cookware. Bring nothing but your bathing suits! Shampoo, conditioner, bug spray, linens, bath and beach towels are provided. We also provide beach toys, floaties, beach chairs and snorkeling gear. Our vacation rental villa was designed with your needs in mind. Comfortable and with a bit of personality, each one of our rooms will make your stay at Isla Vista Estate easy and fun.

The outdoor deck is expansive and complete with an outdoor bar and additional mini-fridge. It overlooks the pool, downtown Charlotte Amelia Harbor, Water Island, Hassle Island and Puerto Rico in the distance. Enjoy unbelievable sunsets year round.

Complete with overside SubZero Fridge and Freezer, dishwasher, 3 ovens and a gas stovetop. The kitchen is well stocked with all small appliances including an ice maker, mixer, coffee maker, blender, lobster pot, roasting dishes, etc.
