The entire team for the Tropical Escape studio at Isla Vista Estate was great! As co-hosts, Christine and Joel were pleasant and responsive, and the property manager, Antoinette, was also pleasant and responsive. They worked well as a team to ensure that I had a great stay. Some of the key features of the studio unit, the surrounding grounds, and Isla Vista Estate’s location are the following: 1) The studio unit was recently renovated; 2) It is located near beaches; 3) It is very bright, filled with natural light; 4) It was well-stocked with many essentials; 5) There is designated parking with ample space, allowing ease of entry and exit from the property, for rental cars and taxi vans; 5) The laundry facility is located directly adjacent to the studio, within the same enclosed area of the building, and includes a washer, dryer, and iron; 6) It is located in an area with easy access to “town” (Charlotte Amalie)/downtown/”The Waterfront”, Havensight/Havensite, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, the airport, and the rest of the island; 7) For my service provider, the cell phone signal and Internet/data signal were great and consistent; 8) Wi-fi is available and worked well; 9) The unit has keyless entry; 10) The property is gated, with electronic opening and closing; and, 11) There is a back-up generator for the property and some solar-powered operations…I hope that you enjoy your stay at Isla Vista Estate!
